If your group is looking for some dynamic speakers, give our office a call. All of our therapists practice the latest standards of care and have varied areas of special interests. Invite them to speak at your church group, gym or club.

Current Events

May 21 and May 23, 2019, PRS will participate in Advanced Rheumatology’s Wellness Open House at the Phoenix Centre in Wexford, PA. PRS physical therapist, Stephanie Luksik, PT will speak to attendees on “Balance.” Event is Open to the Public.

May 29, 2019, Club Julian, 101 Corbett Court, Pgh. PA 15237; is Senior Health & Fitness Day. PRS physical therapist, Dave Campagna, PT, DPT, COMT will present “Osteoarthritis & Exercise” from 9-10 a.m. Seating is limited, must call to register, 412-366-1931. OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

Physical Rehabilitation Services is a proud sponsor of the seventh annual “Run for the Rec” 5K to be held on Sunday, June 2, 2019 at 9 a.m. at Mcknight Village Field. McKnight Women’s Club hosts the event. Come visit our table.

As in the past, PRS will participate in Ross Township’s Independence Day parade on Sunday, June 30. The parade begins at 3:00 p.m. and will march down Perry Highway and end at Lindley Lane. Stop by our table in the parking lot and say Hi located just outside of the PRS main office, 1033 Perry Highway (at the corner of Lindley Lane).

Fibromyalgia Talk
Veronica Saska, PT, DPT will speak on Fibromyalgia to the McKnight Women’s Group on Thursday, February 28 from 1-2 p.m. This is a CLOSED meeting.

Runners Expo
Physical Rehabilitation Services will be holding a Runners Expo at the Baierl Family YMCA on Monday, March 11, 2019, 5:30-7:30 p.m. Veronica Saska, PT, DPT; Dan Williams, PT; Danielle Lee, PTA and Heather Duncan, PTA will be on hand to conduct individual strength screening and movement analysis. You will have the opportunity to learn about the benefits of kinesio taping with Danielle Lee who is a certified Rock Tape practitioner. A nutritionist from Case Specific Nutrition will be there to discuss any pre, during and post training nutritional needs and questions. The event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC – All are welcome.

Low Back Injury Talk
Club Julian will host a talk by Dave Campagna, PT, DPT, COMT in celebration of Club Julian’s Anniversary month. Dave will speak on Low Back Injury on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 from 1-2 p.m. , you must call to register and hold a seat as seating is limited, 412-366-1931. This event is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

FREE Youth Baseball Workshop
Physical Rehabilitation Services will be holding a FREE Youth Baseball Workshop directed by Dan Williams, PT. The workshop will be held on Saturday, March 23 from 9-11 a.m. at our Franklin Park location, 2400 Corporate Drive, Wexford, PA and is open to coaches, managers, parents and players ages 8-16 years. Previous Events

In partnership with Baierl Family YMCA, Physical Rehabilitation Services held a FREE Gait Analysis on Saturday, February 23 from 9-11 a.m. at the BaierlY Nicholson Road location. Runners and walkers’ gait were analyzed by a physical therapist, while running/walking on a treadmill; they received feedback about form, possible injuries, and exercises for strengthening based on gait analysis. Y members had an opportunity to speak with the physical therapist about any current pain or injuries they may be experiencing.


“Ask a Therapist” by Stephanie Luksik, PT, was held during an Open House at the Baierl YMCA on Nicholson Road on Tuesday, February 12 from 5-7 p.m. Y members had an opportunity to speak one on one to Stephanie with all their questions relating to injuries, low back pain, etc. and how physical therapy could help.

“Ask a Therapist” by Dan Williams, PT, was held during an Open House at the Baierl YMCA on Nicholson Road on Thursday, December 20 from 9-11 a.m. Y members had an opportunity to speak one on one to Dan with all their questions regarding physical therapy, injuries, etc.


Veronica Saska, PT, DPT delivered a talk on Fibromyalgia to the AARP Group at Northmont Presbyterian Church on October 18. There were 125 AARP members in attendance who entered their name in a drawing to win a FREE exercise gift basket

PRS co-sponsored the 2018 Janney and the BaierlY North Park Triathlon on Sunday, August 5. Our therapists provided pre and post-race stretching, administered first-aid to athletes, and hosted “Ask A Therapist” session answering any and all physical therapy-related questions.
