We accept most insurance plans, HMOs, PPOs, Medicare and TriCare. To learn if your plan is accepted, please contact our office.

If you are not covered by insurance, payment is requested at the time of treatment. Private pay and other payment plan options are available. We accept cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and American Express. Our billing specialist is available to discuss any financial concerns and options with you.
