Based on your goals, your therapist will evaluate your condition and prepare a treatment plan specific to your needs. This generally includes therapeutic exercise, functional training in self-care and a home exercise program.

Attire

Wear loose, comfortable clothing that provides access to the injured area. We recommend shorts for patients with knee or ankle injuries and short sleeve shirts for patients with arm and shoulder injuries. Changing facilities are available should you prefer to bring a change of clothing.
